Karl Meinhardt

Technology Strategist, Author, Leadership Consultant

With over 20 years as a technology professional, Karl Meinhardt has served as a strategy consultant to many companies regarding information technology products and services. As a CIO and founder of several start-up companies, he has a full understanding of information as a powerful source of service. Karl’s expertise of turning knowledge into a strategic advantage has assisted many organizations in their long term product and service goals, while focusing on building agile and adept information technology teams. He has a proven track record of building and leading technology teams that deliver solid technology services and consumer ready products in the eBusiness/eCommerce space.

Karl is the co-author of The Leader’s New Clothes: The Naked Truths, a book based on his management experiences, set in modern day corporate America that presents new insights to authentic leadership through self-awareness. He is also the resident social network / technology expert for the local NBC affiliate KTVB’s It’s Your Business; a series focused on helping companies maximize their use of these tools for revenue growth or cost reduction. He sits on the board of a social media start-up company and is a member of the Idaho Technology Council, a state-wide organization formed to promote technology company growth in Idaho.

Karl is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He holds a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics.

Elizabeth J. Delmatoff, MA LSC

Educator, Counselor and Child Advocate

Working with children has been the focus of Liz Delmatoff’s professional life for over 25 years.  As a teacher, adjudicator, parenting educator and adoption advocate, her focus has been on providing the best possible learning experiences for children both at home and at school.

Liz is a certified teacher and private practice therapist. She is currently combining those two professions as a School Counselor for Portland Public Schools. Liz is the Lead Middle School Counselor for her District, as well as a member of the District’s Crisis Team, Articulation Team and Advisory Board.  She serves on her school Administration Team and Leadership Team.  She has been trained in ENVoY and PBS techniques.  Liz has additional training in working with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorders, hearing loss and adjustment disorders.

Liz is the recipient of  the PPS “Excellence In Education” Award and nominee for School Counselor Of The Year.  Her educational passions include the implementation of social media into the classroom and the expansion of classroom tools to meet the learning styles of all students.
